We want you and your little one to be happy with every purchase. If something’s not right, we make returns simple.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Free gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the product (if applicable)
  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective or wrong item received:

  • Opened feeding bottles, teethers, pacifiers, or any item that touches baby’s mouth
  • Innerwear, socks, or similar personal-use items

How to Return

  1. Message us on Facebook/WhatsApp or call our hotline within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID and reason for return (with photos if the item is damaged/wrong)
  3. We’ll arrange pickup or guide you to the nearest drop-off point
  4. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 working days

Refund Options

  • Replacement with the correct/new item, or
  • Refund via bKash/Nagad, or
  • Store credit for future purchases

Reasons We Accept Returns

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Item doesn’t match the description

Note on COD Orders
Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, please inspect your package at the time of delivery whenever possible. If you notice damage, you may refuse the delivery — this makes the return process instant.
