Welcome to Rabeeit. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products through our website, our Facebook Page, or WhatsApp (together, our “Channels”). By browsing our website, placing an order, or messaging us through any of our Channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Channels or place an order.

1. About Us

Rabeeit is an ecommerce business based in Bangladesh, selling baby and infant products — including Montessori, STEM, and sensory toys, and baby feeding products — to customers primarily through our website, supplemented by our Facebook Page and WhatsApp for customer support and order coordination.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to order from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate and that you are authorized to make the purchase.

3. Products
  • Product descriptions: we make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including materials, age suitability, and dimensions. Minor variations in color, packaging, or texture may occur between what is shown online and the item you receive
  • Images: product photos are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing batch
  • Availability: products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a delay, or a full refund/cancellation
  • Age suitability & safety: please check age recommendations and safety information before giving any product to a child. Always supervise children during use, particularly with small parts
4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via message or call from us
  • We (or our team) may contact you by phone to verify the order before dispatch, particularly for higher-value items
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated refused deliveries, pricing errors, or stock unavailability
  • A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm your order, not simply when you submit it
5. Pricing
  • Currency: all prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Delivery charges: delivery fees, if any, are shown separately at checkout or communicated to you before dispatch and are not included in the listed product price
  • Price changes: we may update prices at any time. The price applicable is the one confirmed to you at the time your order is confirmed
  • Pricing errors: in the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding
6. Payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): most orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis — you pay in cash to our courier partner upon delivery
  • bKash / Nagad: we also accept payment via bKash and Nagad. Payments made this way are processed directly by that provider; please double-check the number and amount before sending payment
  • Payment confirmation: for bKash/Nagad payments, please keep your transaction ID as proof of payment until your order is delivered
7. Delivery
  • Coverage: we deliver across Bangladesh using courier partners including Pathao, Redx, and Sundarban Courier
  • Delivery timelines: estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order and vary by location (typically shorter within Dhaka and longer for outside-Dhaka deliveries). These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues
  • Delivery attempts: our courier partners will typically attempt delivery and may contact you by phone beforehand. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable
  • Failed/refused deliveries: if a delivery is refused, unreachable, or fails after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers with a pattern of refused COD deliveries may be asked to prepay for future orders
  • Risk of loss: risk in the products passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general:

  • You may request a return or replacement within the window stated in our Return Policy, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Baby feeding products (e.g. feeders, teethers) that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defect or damage on arrival
  • Items damaged in transit or found defective should be reported with photos as soon as possible after delivery, and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • Refunds for prepaid (bKash/Nagad) orders are issued to the original payment method or via bKash/Nagad transfer, within a reasonable timeframe after approval
9. Customer Conduct

When ordering or communicating with us through any Channel, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete order or contact information
  • Place orders with no intention of accepting delivery or payment
  • Use abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward our staff or delivery partners
  • Misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its security or normal operation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block communication with customers who violate these expectations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Channels — including our name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Rabeeit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabeeit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including delivery delays caused by third-party courier partners, or issues arising from misuse of a product outside its intended age range or instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for defective products causing injury where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Our Facebook Page and WhatsApp are provided by Meta, and our courier and payment partners (Pathao, Redx, Sundarban, bKash, Nagad) are independent third parties. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, delivery partners, payment options, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or Channels after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
